To raise the lake level, water must be pumped from a nearby stream. A 3-phase pump and volunteers to run the system are ready to go. The only remaining barrier is the cost of electricity to run the pump - $75 a day. We  estimate that about 90 days of pumping will be needed to improve lake levels.
